Apple Chocolate Oatmeal

- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1¼ cup water
- 1 dessert apple, cored and chopped, skin is optional
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1-2 SkinnyMe chocolate squares
- 2 Tbsp. nuts of your choice, Almonds recommended
Mix the oats, water and apple pieces in a saucepan and let sit 10 to 15 minutes.
Simmering for 6-8 minutes. Oatmeal mixture should be thicker and slightly translucent.
Spoon oatmeal mixture into a bowl and top with chocolate, yogurt and nuts.
