Chocolate Chip Walnut Muffins

- 12 muffins
- Total time: 65 minutes
- 3 ½ cup flour
- 2 tbsp. stevia powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup oil
- 10 SkinnyMe chocolate squares, chopped up into little pieces
- 1 cup walnuts
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Combined all the dry ingredients (flour, stevia, baking powder, baking soda, and salt).
Separately combine wet ingredients (eggs, milk and oil). Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture.
Lastly mix in the chocolate and the walnuts. Do not over mix.
Pour into the 9 x 5 pan and smooth out evenly on top.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Make sure to stick a tooth pick in and if it comes our clean you are ready to Enjoy!
