Chocolate Cream Cheese Mousse
- 2x 5oz. portions
- Total time: 15 minutes
- 8oz. cream cheese
- 4 SkinnyMe chocolate squares (tempered)
- ½ Tsp. stevia powder or liquid
- ¼ Tsp. Monk fruit extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Whip the cream cheese, stevia and monk extract together in large bowl.
Temper chocolate and slowly add cream cheese mixture in.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until it has high, light, stiff peaks. Fold 1 cup of the cream cheese mixture in at a time in. Spoon into individual serving dishes.
Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy!
