- 12-15 waffles
- Total time: 20 minutes
- 1½ cup almond milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tsp. or 1 pack stevia
- 1 ½ Tsp. baking powder
- 1 ½ cup almond flour, you can substitute all-purpose flour
- 4 SkinnyMe chocolate squares
- Fresh fruit for topping
Temper chocolate in a double boiler, make sure not to overheat.
In a bowl add milk, melted butter and eggs. Mix well.
Add liquid mixture ½ cup at a time to the chocolate until everything is completely mixed in.
Add stevia, baking powder and flour to the mixture.
Heat you waffle iron and grease.
Add the batter to the middle of the iron and allow to cook thoroughly. The waffle should cook for 4-6 minutes or until lightly brown on the outside.
Top with the fresh fruit or topping of your choice and enjoy!!
