Sugar Free Chocolate Walnut Cups

- 10 SkinnyMe chocolate squares (tempered)
- ¾ cup cocoa
- 1 pack stevia
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 cups walnuts
- 1/4 tsp stevia
- 3 tbsp stevia
Let’s start with the walnut butter.
In a food processor, add walnut, oil and stevia. Blend until peanut butter consistence. You can add more stevia for personal taste, only 1 tsp. at a time. Make sure to scrap the sides and that all the walnuts pieces are gone.
Temper the SkinnyMe chocolate.
Place mini cupcake liners in mini cup pan. Split chocolate in half. Evenly pour ½ of the mixture into the cups. Freeze for 30 min.
Place 1 tsp. of walnut butter in each cup, push down a little so its flat. Cover with remainder of chocolate evenly. Freeze for an hour.
Unwrap and enjoy!!
