Chocolate Walnut Cups

- 10 SkinnyMe chocolate squares (tempered)
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2 cups walnuts
- 3 tbsp stevia
Let’s start with the walnut butter.
In a food processor add walnuts, coconut oil and stevia. Blend until peanut butter consistency. You can add more stevia for personal taste, only 1 tsp. at a time. Make sure to scrape the sides and that all the walnuts pieces are gone.
Place mini cupcake liners in mini cup pan. Split chocolate in half. Evenly pour ½ of the mixture into the cups. Freeze for 30 min.
Place 1 tsp. of walnut butter in each cup, push down a little so it’s flat. Cover with remainder of chocolate evenly. Freeze for an hour.
Unwrap and enjoy!!
