Hikers Trail Mix

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup dried bananas
  • 1 Cup dried mangos
  • 1 Cup cashews
  • 1 Cup almonds
  • 2 Tsp. Sunflower oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Shredded dried coconut
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. salt
  • 4 SkinnyMe chocolate squares
Directions

Toast almonds and cashews in the sunflower oil in a skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes. Make sure to keep moving so they do not burn. You will smell a heavy nut smell when they are done.

In a small bowl place nuts, fruit, coconut, salt and chocolate. Mix and place in airtight bag or jar.
