Keto Almond Chocolate Bark

- 15 SkinnyMe Chocolate squares
- 1/3 Cup almond butter
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- ¼ Tsp. salt
- ½ Cup roasted almonds
- ½ Cup roasted pecans
- ¼ Cup unsweetened coconut (optional)
Preheat oven to 300.
In a medium bowl add pecans, almond, butter and salt. Mix and spread out on cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes, stirring half way through. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Line an 8x8 glass baking dish with parchment paper.
Temper chocolate and add butter and coconut oil and blend together.
Pour chocolate mixture into glass baking dish and spread so it's smooth and even.
Sprinkle the nuts on top of the chocolate. (Add optional Coconut here if you're using it!)
Place your glass baking dish in the refrigerator for an hour. Remove and break into chunks with a knife.
