Low Carb Chocolate Frosty
- 4-4oz. Portions
- Total time: 40-70 minutes
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 SkinnyMe Chocolate squares, chopped
- 5 Drops liquid stevia
- 1 Tsp. vanilla
In a double boiler melt chocolate and almond butter until smooth and glossy. Only cook until chocolate is just melted, it can't be too hot.
Take off heat and add in heavy cream with a whisk. Then add the rest of the ingredients until blended.
With a hand mixer beat on high until stiff peaks form.
Place in freezer for 30-60 minutes until mixture is just about frozen, then place in a large zip lock bag.
Cut the corner of the bag and pipe into individual cups.
