Peanut Butter Chocolate Snack Bars

- 8oz. soft dried figs
- ¾ cup peanut butter, crunchy or plain
- 5 SkinnyMe chocolate squares
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup almonds, chopped
- ¼ cup almond or whole-wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
- 3 Tsp. water
Remove the tough stalky part of the tops of each fig. Place figs in the food processor, pulse until somewhat smooth.
Add all ingredients into the food processor. Pulse until mixture forms dough like ball.
Dump the dough onto your counter top or work surface and knead until it forms together. (It might be a little crumbly, just press together).
Roll out to form an even rectangle. Cut evenly into 12 slices or bars.
Store in the refrigerator and eat within 7 to 10 days.
